A little about me and my project

Hi, I'm David Anderson. I've been doing web stuff since the mid '90s. I've done a little bit of everything but I have focused on my strengths: writing, programming, usability/accessibility, user experience, and strategizing. I'm a big fan of content management systems.
I'm building this little program to scratch my itch. I read Kristina Halvorson's book, Robert Sheffield's book, Jeffrey Veen's post about content audits, Jon Wuebben's book, a bunch of other resources, and decided I need a tool that brought all these ideas together. That's the itch.
So far, it's content inventory/audit and a way to have multiple site owners and sites.
Why Windows?
I'm developing for Windows because those are the tools I have. A little further down the road I'll port it to the Mac.
Why not on the web?
I don't always have access to the internet but I want to be able to work on my websites. That simple.
